I think one of my cats might be part Sokoke.

I was browsing Wikipedia a while ago and came across the page for them. The picture looks exactly like her, and she displays quite a few of the same qualities. She's very intelligent, active, and affectionate, her hind legs are longer than her back legs, and she has the coarse coat with no undercoat. However, she's very compact and not vocal at all. (We think she might be mute; she never makes any noise at all except for a soft squeak when she's very upset, even though she'll open her mouth like she's meowing.) Obviously she isn't a full-blooded Sokoke, considering we got her from a pet store and her sister is a calicO.

I'm not sure if she is one, and what I want to know is if there's a way to find out besides expensive DNA testing. Would physical similarities be enough? If so, I can post pictures of her for people who know what they're talking about to look at. If not, is there any option besides DNA testing, and any even vaguely cheap way to do that?

Thank you for any help!

Posting pictures would help but it can appear that not purebred animals look purebred. If they don't come with registration there is no real guarantee.
